A superb opportunity has arisen for cross-class Commercial Underwriter to join this leading insurer based in their Gloucestershire offices. You will be involved in developing profitable commercial lines business through the acquisition and management of commercial scheme propositions. Responsible for underwriting both new and existing business and the initiation and development of new schemes from proposition though to launch you will be a technical underwriter and be responsible for the on-going training and development of less experienced colleagues.
Skills (Years Experience) :
Prospective applicants with have commercial underwriting experience gained within a technical commercial insurance environment. You will have experience of commercial schemes and account portfolio management and ideally be ACII qualified or have made significant progression towards designation.
