A new vacancy has arisen for a Personal Injury Claims Handler to join one of the largest general insurers in the UK. You will be responsible for proactively managing a caseload of personal injury claims in accordance with all external and internal procedures, ultimately achieving the most cost effective settlement. You will prioritise workload to deliver an efficient, dynamic and compliant service to policyholders, brokers, injured parties and their representatives, among others.
Skills (Years Experience) :
Applicants applying for this vacancy must be a strong and confident negotiator and essential to have previous experience and knowledge of personal injury claims handling practises. You will have the ability to prioritise in a demanding and busy environment and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will have a keen eye for detail, numerate and IT literate, good inter-personal skills, ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
