A new vacancy has arisen within a well established commercial brokerage for a Compliance Officer. The role will be home based in the Birmingham area, as it will involve client visits throughout the West Midlands, North West and Wales region. You will conduct field visit assessments of employed and self employed advisors; to identify and provide corrective actions with regards to any shortfall identified in relation to compliance standards. You will conduct training workshops for new entrants and undertake audits on client files.
Looking at the training and compliance needs you will be involved with continual and professional development of your appointed panel but also be actively involved with client development
Skills (Years Experience) :
Applicants applying for this vacancy will have industry knowledge to an appropriate level together with compliance and general insurance experience. You will have excellent communication skills and report writing skills.
