Start date - February Brilliant opportunity to join a well-known company in their Head Office based in Amersham as an Office Based Customer Service fraud administrator! Are you looking for a permanent opportunity to join a well-known company renowned for their fun office environment? You will be joining the PA's and MD in the busy office. This is an office based position, you will be supported by management and managers and full on the job training is given. Joining this fantastic company as an office administrator to support the MD and office PA you will be responsible for working as part of top performing team, ensuring day to day tasks are completed efficiently. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for : * Assisting the PA with full proactive administrative support * Log and manage donation requests * Collate weekly trading reports for management * Booking meeting rooms * Assisting with social arrangements * Assisting with Christmas arrangements * Assisting with social arrangements * Identify and maintain new administrative packages * You will need to be : * An excellent communicator * Discreet and diplomatic * Proficient in Outlook, Powerpoint, Word and Excel * Proactive and able to take initiative * Professional and able to prioritise You will be rewarded with: * Competitive salary £22,000 - £24,000 * Annual holidays increasing with service * Onsite parking * Pension scheme * Much, Much more Please email: or call Harriet on for a detailed conversation regarding this opportunity
