Land Banking Broker / Dealer. Experienced Closer Needed
Prestigious land brokerage seeks an experienced closer to join their floor & shake it up!!
Being one of the only closers on the floor, you will have a team of openers underneath you and a large number of referrals passed to you on a daily basis.
In addition, a healthy, ongoing marketing budget will ensure that good leads are always in your hands
Clients given to you from day one (not just leads, these are clients spending money)!
Land experience is ideal, as is stock broking, Wine broking and off-plan property sales
GREAT PACKAGE ON OFFER:
12k Basic Salary
17% commission per deal !!
