Salary: Circa £30,000

Swanstaff are currently seeking a marketing manager for a 9 month fixed term contract (Maternity Cover : may extend to 12 months) to start immediately. You will be responsible for marketing strategy and implementation for Swanstaff, Swan Family Centres and Swanstaff Training as a whole.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years marketing experience in a similar multi-channel marketing role, with at least 3 years line management experience. A marketing degree or CIM qualification would be advantageous.

It is essential that you have worked within a multi-site organisation and ideally you will have worked in a business which is sales led and has experienced growth.

You will join our social and dynamic Head Office team in Dartford and play an integral role in supporting company growth. You will follow a pre-developed marketing strategy and be able to make recommendations to the SMT for any adjustments in the event of new business needs/projects.

Your role & Key Responsibilities

* Manage a small team which currently includes two Marketing Assistants who primarily work on Social/Digital activity and graphic design.
* Supporting our branches and Swan Family centres to achieve their targets by developing and implementing multi-channel campaigns, both B2B and B2C.
* Develop a strategy to increase organic traffic to our website in order to generate incoming leads: including implementing a campaign to encourage third parties to post their jobs for free on our new Jobs board.
* Continue to develop the Customer Journey plan for Candidates and Clients and ensure feedback is collated and analysed to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Ensure that our social content remains relevant and that each channel is being targeted to the correct audience and producing high levels of engagement and increasing reach levels.
* Ensure that Branch Managers are kept up to date with all marketing activity, projects and communications plans.
* Provide analysis reports for campaigns, digital/social marketing and paid for advertising to the Director of Operations.
* Ensure that all marketing activity remains within budget and is recorded on the budget tracker and that purchase approvals are gained for all spend.
* Carry out staff inductions/training and presentations at company meetings where required.
* Support business development and growth for the company, providing support for the writing of tenders, award entries and new branch launches.
* Manage PR enquiries and outgoing Press releases to ensure coverage both locally for branches and nationally for Swanstaff as a whole.
* Manage charity requests and coordinate CSR activity
* Ensure that sales growth is achieved with the Swanstaff Training product : conducting campaigns and managing the sales and booking process for paid for training courses.
* Liaising with Suppliers for Website, Print, Digital and Merchandise.
* Ensure the delivery of regular internal communications which represent our company culture and are designed to motivate and engage employees.
