Off Plan Property Sales Broker/ Consultant Needed!
Off plan property sales people required for successful city brokerage dealing with a variety of investments.
The Role
Dealing mainly with land sales within the UK and overseas the role will entail the following:
• Calling potential customers
• Following up all potential leads
• Generating own leads where possible
• Establishing and nurturing existing clients
• Recommending investments both in the UK and Overseas
• Closing the deal!
The Ideal Candidate
Although all candidates will be considered, the ideal candidate will possess:
• Experience with Land sales, stock broking or off plan property sales
• A proven track record in sales, either B2B or B2C
• The drive and ambition to be successful and establish a strong career within the investment sector
• A self motivating attitude – the phone isn’t going to dial itself
The Package
This role offers a basic salary of £12,000 plus a commissions structure of up to 15% per deal.
OTE of 70k year one is achievable for those that work hard.
