A new vacancy has arisen within an insurance brokerage in Birmingham for an Account Executive. You will seek new business and maintain and achieve growth. You will visit existing clients and offer and present insurance solutions in order to secure renewal and/or new business. You will expand existing client portfolio to include additional covers and to produce new business leads for the sales team. You will be responsible for managing and developing the staff members and oversee the quality of work, supporting and coaching.
Skills (Years Experience) :
Applicants applying for this vacancy must have relevant account executive experience within the commercial insurance sector. You will be preferably degree educated and either ACII qualified or working towards that standard or equivalent. You will have problem solving/conceptual agility and be able to build confidence and trust with clients and colleagues alike.
